BagOBag Self-Service Commercial Bread Slicing Machine Specializes in Baguettes

The Bag O Bag is a new model for baguettes up to 60 cm long. This commercial bread slicing machine is safe to use, since the cover is locked during use. The baguettes are cut automatically and placed directly into plastic bags (supplied with the unit). When the baguette has been completely sliced, the operator just picks up the plastic bag. The sliced baguette stays fresh and it is uncontaminated from the operator’s hands or any other source. The Bag O Bag is easy to move from location to location since it is outfitted with a set of handy castors on the bottom. The crumb collector is removable for easy cleaning.
